Important Terms

For buyers using financing, the rebate is subject to lender approval and applicable financing requirements.
The rebate cannot exceed the amount permitted by the lender, closing agent, applicable law, or the commission actually earned in the transaction.
This promotion cannot be combined with other rebates, discounts, or promotional offers unless approved in writing.
This promotion may be modified or discontinued at any time for future clients. Clients who have already qualified for the promotion will remain eligible under the terms in effect when the promotional code was redeemed.
